Cancellation Policy

Ending cooperation under contract-based delivery.

Freelance Experts LLC does not offer click-to-cancel subscriptions through this website. Cooperation is governed by individually agreed contracts, proposals, or statements of work.

1. Contract-based termination

A client engagement may be terminated or cancelled according to the notice periods, termination rights, and project clauses stated in the governing contract.

2. Payment for completed work

If cooperation ends early, the client remains responsible for payment for work already performed, time already allocated, approved milestones, and any committed third-party costs, as described in the contract.

3. Deposits and prepayments

If a deposit, retainer, or other prepayment is part of the engagement, the treatment of that amount on early termination depends on the contract and the actual work completed or capacity reserved for the client.

Any refundable portion, if applicable, will be determined after accounting for delivered work and contract commitments.

4. Recurring maintenance or retainer work

If the parties agree to an ongoing maintenance, support, or retainer arrangement outside this website, the notice period, renewal structure, and billing consequences of cancellation are governed by the relevant contract.
